Frank S. Smith, Architect P.C. is a mid-sized architectural firm licensed in New York, New Jersey & South Carolina. Established in 1994, we have grown into a diverse architectural firm, customizing our services to the needs of homeowners, businesses, developers and institutions.

From our humble beginning in a basement home office, we have expanded over the years into two convenient locations: New York City & Long Island. Our New York City office is located in Maspeth, Queens, just off the Long Island Expressway, and only minutes from Manhattan.

Our Long Island office is located in East Northport, just north of Jericho Turnpike. Central & convenient to both north and south shore communities, the East Northport office is only minutes from the Northern State Parkway and Long Island Expressway. The two combined locations allow us to have a diverse staff, ready to serve both areas efficiently.

From a business stand point, we decided never to specialize. We were always willing to learn a new discipline which has allowed us to greatly vary our project experience.

Our projects have included single-family homes, multi-unit apartment buildings, commercial spaces and office buildings, industrial and warehouse spaces, religious and institutional properties as well as outdoor spaces and historic restoration projects. We have experience in projects involving new constructions and renovations, alterations and additions, subdivisions and legalizations.
